7.30 AM Herbal Tea, Water, or Fresh Coconut Water
8.00 AM Yoga: Morning Poses
8.30 AM Herbal Tea, Water, or Fresh Coconut Water
9.30 AM First Juice of Day
11.00 AM Herbal Tea, Water, or Fresh Coconut Water
Noon SunPower Cleanse
1.00 PM Second Juice of Day
1.00 - 5.00 PM Personal Time: Depending on work schedule this may be a good time to take a walk, yoga, lightly train, connect with nature or have a healing session. It may just be more time to just sit, be and breathe.
2.30 PM Herbal Tea, Water, or Fresh Coconut Water
3.30 PM Third Juice of the Day
5.30 PM Miso Soup, Herbal Tea, Water, Fresh Coconut Water or Extra Juice
Before Bed Drink SunPower Cleanse. Tongue Scrape, BodyBrush, Relax, Cup of warm tea (detox).
